If you mean removing inactive players on your friend boat list, you cannot. You can try asking Wooga support to remove them.
If you mean removing inactive players from a lounge club, the president or officer can remove them by pulling up the club roster and tapping the red button to the right of the player's name.

If you are president or officer and don't have the buttons, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).Guest Replied
