I’m confused about the flowers. If it says 264 flowers on the left and 69 on the right what does..

I’m confused about the flowers. If it says 264 flowers on the left and 69 on the right what does it mean. Do you need 69 more flowers or 274 to move onto the next scene

It means you need 264 more Flowers to reach the next level 70. You are currently level 69. Once you reach level 70, scene #70 will be open for you to play if you have found all the story clues from the previous scenes.
