I am stuck on Level 43 trying to open Level 44. It isn't asking me to decorate or store anything. ..

On the island screen, to the right of your profile picture in the top right corner, what is your level written in red? If you are at level 44 and scene 44 is not open for you to play, then you have a glitch, try reinstalling/updating if you game is connected to FB or else contact customer support (use "help" button in the game settings). If your level is level 43, then you need to add flowers to your island so that your level says 44. The amount of flowers you need is indicated next to the flower icon.
