Does moving items back and forth from storage to the island as described in the question above save on the amount of flowers I will eventually need to continue moving up thru future levels? I’ve spent a lot of time moving them back and forth because I don’t play J’sJ to decorate... I only play for Hidden Objects and competitions. If it makes no difference to move them to the boat then back, I’ll just leave them on another island. ???

Moving in and out of storage will not help. You'll still need the same required number of flowers to move forward. If decoration is not a priority, then just leave them out on an island.

Buying decoration with high flower counts (800-2400) will keep your game progressing forward without running out of space on your island. Storage will just help you move out the low-flower decoration if you need the space. 2 0 REPORT
