What are the main benefits of being in a club? I know of coffee and competitions. Is their anything else? Not including any chatting, only tangible advantages. I am trying to encourage players.

Definitely energy from coffee is the best advantage. Being in a club helps to complete those HW tasks that ask you to serve/drink and asks for tips. Some clubs have an organized bush exchange system, so members will get regular diamonds. Some clubs will even help their members get the extended energy bar.
