Is it better value to use materials in building renovation or to give them to Jake Hayes for export?

I think it depends. It depends on the stage of upgrade of which building vs. what Jack is offering at the time. Also depends what materials you have in stock. Wooga says try to upgrade buildings first, but I say evaluate and make your own decision.
