What is the hat symbol bottom left near the star box? I can see it shows items to buy, is it just special offers?

Ms. Tearius Answered:
That is the icon that shows you the current seasonal set. There you can see the grand prize and your progress, how many more hats you need to reach the goal. And it shows all the items in the set and you can access the shop where items in the set is sold. The set and the icon will change every month.
