I’m at level 33. I bought the seasonal items which should have given me 8 compasses. The number of compasses I need to complete my expansion is 3, but it did not open the expansion. Why?

I did not find an answer to the question about not receiving the compasses. Is there a technical issue with the game? I receive them if awarded in star boxes.

I must not have gotten that offer. I did not see a purchase of any seasonal item that would give you compasses, either virtual currency or real money. If you are certain, then contact customer service for assistance.

There is no option to buy seasonal items in exchange for 8 compasses. Occasionally you can buy them with diamonds or $$. You can win them in events, or earn by playing regular hidden object scenes & also finding them inside some of the Star boxes.

Ahhh... i know what they’re talking about.. the gears/keys you get for doing the help wanted stuff... those are diff from compasses... those are to get you to 82, then you get a pink box. Down to the bottom right of the game.
