A friend of mine, Ms Marple on level 690 loaded JJ on a phone and by mistake pressed the wrong key. Now she has only a new JJ starting at level 1. How can she get back her original game? Very urgent, she is competing in a group in upcoming competitions.

Try reinstalling the game after logging into FB. Then connect game to FB, and hopefully, it will give the option to resume the old game. If not, then only customer support get fix it.
