No, it is not possible for one game account to be in 2 clubs. You have to leave one club before you will get the button to "join" or "apply" to another. However, if you have 2 game accounts, then each one can be in the same or different clubs.

No, once your application to a Café club had been accepted, any other outstanding club applications you have will be automatically canceled.
