I am not receiving timy tips which means I cant complete the task?

You need to tap on the tips jar to collect the tips your receive. If you tap on the jar and the tips are not accumulating in the total tips count at the top of the page and/or are not satisfying the task, then contact customer support through the "Help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).

I've never heard Café Tips referred to as timy tips.

You can only receive Tips by gifting rounds of drinks.

There are four Help Wanted tasks (that in aware of) that have to be completed in the Café:

1. Collect 5 Tips in the Café

2. Collect 15 Tips in the Café

3. Serve or drink 1 drink in the Café

4. Serve or drink 3 drinks in the Café

Only the first two require you to serve drinks and receive tips. Note that you receive 5 Tips when you serve a drink, since you automatically consume any drink you serve.

In order to satisfy the tasks, you need to collect the tips, not just earn them.
