Can we swap materials with club members?

Can we swap materials with club members? I seem to have far to many paints, over 300 compared to 15-20 for all my other materials. Is there a reason for the imbalance?

No, sadly, there is no ability to swap with other players. There are less of the rare materials, of course, but imbalances are just random. Presumably, the materials eventually will be more balanced after many Jack's plane deliveries.
