Will not work on scene 31 Restore the party. Can't go any further. Won't let me choose the object. What can I do?

Sometime game will freeze, but reloading should fix that. Here's the walkthrough, if that helps:
Chapter 31-Restore the Party
Pick up chairs x2
Ring bell
Get appetizers from cart
Place appetizers on 3rd plate
Get fish
Put fish on 2nd plate
Get fried food
Put fried food on 1st plate
Ring bell
Get glasses
Place glasses on doily and repeat twice
Get bottle of champagne
Open bottle foil
Get corkscrew
Unscrew cork x2
