Why do some tasks like "Serve/drink beverages in the cafe" show up back to back? It's very frustrating when you just finished the task to have it reappear again.

Agree, very frustrating. Needs work. Here is what the JJ admin says:
Please contact us if:
• If you get the drinks/tips task in the HW challenges repeatedly, right after being solved/skipped again.
• If you are asked in an HW task to beat Jack on the Leaderboard and it is not working.
