I just played 23 scenes and did not receive 1 key. There is still almost 3 days left. Whats going on?

Check the key challenge criteria. It will indicate that in the current challenge, keys are only earned from Help Wanted cases and NOT from playing scenes.

I noticed this too. Keys are received when playing scenes except when there is a Detectives Needed challenge when we actually need the keys. Becoming quite frustrated with this game qqq
