Wooga said they have a software in place to eliminate hackers, who will lose access to the lounge. But it is may be overly sensitive, so if your lounge access was eliminated in error, you should contact Customer Support to reinstate it, by tapping the Help button in the game settings (green gear icon).

It is one week that I am sending messages to wooga and I do not have any reply. I would like to play, I am not an hacker, yet I am receiving no support... I am very disappointed... 0 0 REPORT

It should take them about 2 business days to respond. You can also try emailing them at [email protected] and include "June's Journey" issue and your game user ID (located below the "help" button in your game settings).Guest Replied
Tearius, I am having the same problem in accessing the lounge. It is 20 days that I am writing to wooga, in very polite way, bagging for some support. I gave ID, and everything, there is no way to get support nor access to the lounge. My team is still keeping me in the group because I was always very supportive and they understand my problem, still the behaviour of wooga is quite disappointing... Guest Replied
