They accumulate in your photo album (icon on the Estate). Once you have 7 cards to complete one photo, you may complete a jigsaw puzzle which will give you a full bar of energy (110 energy normally or 150 energy if you have the extended energy bar). Cards will not expire, so you can save them and complete the photo at opportune times.

Does the bar refill or does it stack? Ie if I have 120 energy and complete the puzzle do I now have 240? 1 0 REPORT

It will stack 110 energy (or 150 if you purchased the extended bar) on top of what you already have.Ms. Tearius Replied
So if you start with 120, add 110, you will then have 230 energy.
