The time ran out for my solstice rest, I wanted to place it then disappeared - can I get that back?

If you did not purchase before the time ran out, then you missed out. If you purchased before the time ran out, it should be either on your island or in your storage ship awaiting placement. If you still have trouble, contact customer support using the Help button in the game settings (green gear icon).
