Why is "Place" flashing on Playful Picnic? I already have one & don't want another.

Lucky you! Congrats! You've received another one as a Marvelous Prize from the pink star box. These items from the introductory collection set have never been offered again. But if you really want to get rid of it, place it on your island, then sell it for the coins. If you have the storage boat, you can store it for the future when you will need its Flower value to proceed in the game.

I think my problems are related to doing the game on a PC & WITHOUT FACEBOOK. For instance, the jigsaw puzzle doesn't work for me. When I move a piece into place it clicks & disappears altogether. I solved the issue re. a flashing "Place" sign. I must NOT move it. I can click twice & the green checkmark appears & lets me download the item.
