Is it possible to retrieve a deleted game? I was trying to play a game at 4:00 a.m. to beat the time limit on a prize. I was watching an ad to play at a lower rate and the ad froze. I could not get rid of it. I thought if I deleted it and then went back, it would be alright. I do this on other apps that are not working right and they have a way of retrieving my info. I have to start over which I will not do. I was at around scene 98 and my landscape was great. A lot of work went into it. Can you help me?
If your game was connected to Facebook, it will be saved. To retrieve, delete game, log out of FB, log back in FB, reinstall the game, and connect to FB. It should give you the option to continue your old game or start from the beginning. If that doesn't work, contact customer support (wooga.com). Helps if you have your game ID number.
