In order to obtain an award, we must watch ads. Why am I seeing the same "Lily's Garden" ads 99.9..

In order to obtain an award, we must watch ads. Why am I seeing the same "Lily's Garden" ads 99.9% of the time on my Fire tablet? Plus if I don't "X" out in time , the app auto downloads without permission.

I hear that if you accept the personalized ads terms, you will get different and less annoying ads. You can change the setting by clicking on the green gear icon, then the "advanced" tab.

I already clicked on the advanced tab, weeks ago, and the checkmark is to receive personal ads. But shouldn’t I be answering questions? Otherwise, how does Wooga know anything about me?
