Odds of getting rare building materials are 1 in 9 blue boxes and 1 in 4 pink boxes. So your odds are better with pink 5-star boxes. You may also get them as a bonus at the end of playing a scene. So just keep playing, and they will come.

I have been waiting for the pipes building material for approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Stuck on getting them and therefore am not able to get flowers so I can progress. Help please.

Same for me. Every other rare material except the pipes. It's like they're being deliberately withheld. Been waiting weeks. So annoying!!

Now I am waiting for the common building materials just 3 more to send Jack on his way to get more flowers so I can progress. It is evident that the common building materials, the wooden planks are being deliberately withheld because I have not received any for weeks! Why are they doing this? So frustrating!
