Do team presidents receive or have to pay coins to be in that role? Do they have the ability to send extra coffee?

Player must pay 5000 coins to start a club and become president. No, they cannot share extra coffee. They share the same amount of coffee as members, 5 total daily (first cup free, then 10, 20, 30 and 40 diamonds, respectively).

To be a team president you open your own club and it cost 5000 coins. Giving and accepting coffee is same as everyone else.
