You need to be more specific. Are you having trouble with an Adventure Scene? Did you fill enough stars? Maybe you need more Flowers to reach the next level?

I have decorated and decorated and no luck on moving on. What can I do. 0 0 REPORT

Up in the top left corner, next to pink flower icon, the game shows how many "more" Flowers you need to reach the next level. You can add Flowers by buying decoration, upgrading buildings, renovating landmarks, etc. to bring that value to 0. Once it reaches 0, you will level up (number in red next to your picture will go up 1, and then the corresponding scene will be unlocked for play.
