All my islands are full. When does Solomon’s Shelf open up?

The official word is that no date is set for a 4th island. Judging by the time between the last 2 islands, we might not see another island for at least 5 months. So until then, store low-flower items and replace with high-flower items. The higher flower value, the further you can get in the game.
