When you buy a new drink or different face from the bag in June’s journey do you get a reward?

No reward or benefit. Fancy drinks are just cosmetic and give the same energy as your coffee. Characters faces will become one of your avatar options, which only non-Facebook friends will see, unless you change your game settings.
