The Estate generates coins at the rate of 1 coin every 10 minutes, reaching a maximum of 60 in 10 hours. All other buildings generate 1 coin every 40 minutes, reaching max of 15 in 10 hours.

Where do I find the Estate please?

The Estate is the first building that is given to you. It is the only 4x4 building on the island.

The 60 coin maximum does not depend on Estate level or your game level.

Ms. T, I was saving the coins for to complete Help Wanted Case. I haven't collect in the past 2 days and just clicked on it to find out there were only 60 coins... is 60 the max?

Yes, as I said above, 60 is the maximum. It reaches 60 in 10 hours.
