June's journey will all of a sudden not allow me to purchase diamonds. When I click on the package of them that I want, the computer monitor goes dark and has a white circle going around and around?

Sounds like a technical issue. Contact Wooga support through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon) or "support" button at wooga.com.
