Enter the lounge through the Green Armchair icon, then select the Cup tab on the bottom to go to the cafe. If cups of coffee are available to pick up, they will appear to the right of your tip jar. Just tap on the cup to drink. They are only available for 30 minutes from the time the giver shared them.
