I am stuck on chapter 16 level 79. It says to visit storage that I have flowers stored how do I get past this?

To proceed, you need more flowers, the amount of which is specified in the upper right corner next to the flower icon, "xxx more". The game is telling you that you have the necessary amount of flowers in your storage, you just need to place decoration with the necessary flower value on your island to count.

I have been stuck on level 16 game 79 for the past week. I have mastered the previous levels and I have enough flowers to proceed. I have also shopped and purchased several buildings. Now what?
