I am on level 365 and trying to get on 366 the last game with the spy glass for the last three day..

I am on level 365 and trying to get on 366 the last game with the spy glass for the last three day's! It will knock me completely off the whole game, very frustrating! I have cleaned my cash and rebooted several times during each attempt, it has to be your end my connection is good. Thanks!
