I’m at level 510 I have no room left for decorating all the compasses collected aren’t shown how do I expand all I have is sea?

Once you have expanded and cleared all 3 islands (Orchid, Sunflower, and Laurel Islands), you'll have to wait for the next one, which may be 5 to 6 months from now. In order to progress in the game (max level at this time is 875), you'll have to store decoration of low-flower value and replace with high-flower value. The higher the flower value, the further you will get in the game.
