How do I retrieve my "lost progress"?

When I first started playing I was not told to go through FB, now that I have played and made progress and connections, I suddenly cannot connect without FB. Why?, snd where is my game now?

FB connection will save your game and allow you to play the same game account over multiple devices. Your game is saved on your FB account.

I believe if you are on an Apple device, you have an option to save in Apple cloud instead. Go to the game settings, 'Social " tab, "edit connections" to see where/if your game is connected.

Yeah: I do not think syncing with Facebook is worth Anything.... I've been playing Junes journey since it launched backed up via Facebook. Still lost game. Theoretically game progress should be in the cloud Whatever Facebook has to do with the cloud beyond me?? But

Continuing: I don't think syncing with Facebook above.. So as I was going on to say! If 4 plus years of game play is lost due to a glitch? And nothing was saved? Eather by Face book or wooga? I'm not starting the game again which is exactly what's going on now not only have I lost the old game? I now have 2 new games 1 for face book and one on my phone an no access to old game

1. Facebook link allows me to play across multiple devices. I can play on pc, and then switch to my phone or tablet by connecting to my Fb account. 2. If the game on one device has a glitch and I have to reinstall it, the Fb connection allows me to easily restore my game progress, which I've had to do on multiple occasions. 3. If the game is disconnected from your Fb account, customer support can re-connect it given your game user ID. 4. Multiple members of my household with their own Fb and JJ accounts can play on the same device.
