What looks like "old", is actually 01 days (zero, one, day), which equals 24 hours. So in your case it is 1 day and 15 hours or 39 hours total.

How do you count the pink flowers no matter how many I earn it always says I need more and it goes pink to black bar 0 0 REPORT

The number next to the flower icon shows how many more Flower you need to reach the next level. As you increase the Flower value on the island, the count will go down until it reaches zero, then your level will increase by 1, opening another scene for you to play. The flower count will then show how many more flowers for the next level.
