If you are president or an officer of the club, tap on your club name to pull up the member list. Next to each member's island name is a green button (to promote to officer) and a red button (to expel from the club).

On the list of club members, the red and green buttons to the right of the member's name are only visible to officers and the president. Contact customer support if you should have them but don't.Guest Replied
If you are trying to kick out another officer there is no red button next to the officer’s name, so you can’t eject them even if you are an officer.Ms. Tearius Replied
That's correct, only a president can demote an officer. Officers can promote officers and members or expel members.XOXO Replied

You cannot make yourself president, Only the current president can step down and reappoint you as president.Ms. Tearius Replied
Regarding previous question, expelled members can absolutely rejoin. To stop them, you have to change the club to "application" so that they can not rejoin unless president or officer admits them.Search for more answers for June's Journey - Hidden Object or ask your own here.
