I am the president of my club and my meeting time keeps getting changed on me how and why? How do I fix it?

It may take a while for the new time to change in the system, maybe a day or two. Also be aware that officers can also change the time. If you are still experiencing problems, contact Wooga support by clicking the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).
