Tap on your club name to see the list of your members. Tap the red button next to that member's name to expel from the club.

Tapping the red button does not expel the member it just reports them and nothing happens.

The red button that is on the member list to the right of their name, next to the green shield icon button. NOT the red button on their profile page, which is next a green "visit" button.
