I cannot complete the Village Harbor scene in June’s Journey, and this is the second time I have..

I cannot complete the Village Harbor scene in June’s Journey, and this is the second time I have run into this problem. I assume there some glitch in the game. How do I proceed?

Village Harbor Walkthrough:

Get compact mirror

Click twice to shine light in Sam's eyes

Pull lever to drop net

Get knife

Use knife on rope

Use rope to tie up Sam

Get fuse

Install fuse in the slot on the left side of radio

Flip black switch to turn on radio

Open Book

Turn page

turn rt dial to "2"

turn lt dial to "3"

If walkthrough still does not help and it looks like a glitch, notify customer support through the game settings (green gear icon) and tap "help" button.

What step are you stuck? Make sure you are dragging the piece of rope from your inventory, and not any rope that remains in the scene.

That’s where I’m stuck. It won’t let me use the knife. I get a red X. I will try what you suggested earlier. Thank you

How do you access a rope from your inventory?

Use the knife on the coil of rope below Virginia's feet. Then the segment of rope will appear in the inventory circle at the bottom of the screen. Hold down on the circle, then drag the segment of rope to tie up Sam's hands.

Where is the knife? I've found the letter and the locket but am totally stumped on the knife

I got the radio frequency to look like the SOS picture by turning the knob on the left to 3 and the knob on the right to three, but then nothing happens (nothing happened with the right dial on 2 and the left dial on three). The light bulb didn’t give me a clue either. I sent an email through the settings button, but haven’t heard back from them. Please help!

I just tried 3 times, and walkthrough is not correct. Turn left dial to "2" and right dial to "3".

Regarding the knife, it is a meat cleaver (not a letter) on the deck next to the fish pile. Use it on the coil of rope at Virginia's feet to cut a segment of rope for binding Sam's hands.

When I touch the knife to drag it it goes into the circle and I can get it out to cut the rope.

Let the knife go into the circle. Then touch and hold down on the circle until the knife is held, then drag it to the rope. Hope that helps.
