I'm at volume 3 and it won't let me in saying I have to complete volume 2 which I have done many weeks ago. What can I do?
According to Wooga's announcements on their FB page, you should contact customer support with your game ID, they will do a manual reset to allow you to progress. Go to game settings (green gear icon) and tap "help" button. Game ID is right below the "help" button.
