What’s the last step of Cortina jail? I can’t seal the new letter .. what do I do?

Get matches
Use matches to light the candle
Get wax and spoon
Melt wax over the candle flame
Place melted wax on scroll
Get stamp
Use stamp on wax
Place scroll back in cubby hole

The first time I played this scene, I did all the steps right and it still wouldn’t let me do the last step and stamp the wax. I had to exit the game, then come back to the scene, then it let me do all the steps. 0 0 REPORT
