The lighthouse has 20 levels: 19 to complete, done when you reach level 20. Be sure not to confuse that with the Help Wanted Case that asks you to "level up" which means to add enough flower to your island such that your game level (shown in red in the upper right corner) will go up by 1 number.

No, when it shows a money value, it means you have to spend real money to buy it. Your Facebook, Google, or Apple account will be charged, according to what device you use. Apple has a greater surcharge than the others.Search for more answers for June's Journey - Hidden Object or ask your own here.
