Hi me and my daughter both play jj but all of a sudden I can gift her a bush but she cant gift me one, and it wont let her connect to facebook, yet she has connected before can you help please. thankyou

One or both games has lost Facebook connection. Try closing the game, logging out of Facebook, log back in FB, and restart the game.
