I have all my stars for first 4 boxes but the 5th box states locked. What am I doing wrong?

I have all my stars for first 4 boxes but the 5th box states locked. What am I doing wrong? I just started to play this game.

It is locked until you have found both clues in the previous scene AND have the required number of flowers.
