Flowers are used to upgrade your estate, Orchid Island. You can earn flowers by placing decorations, placing and upgrading buildings and restoring landmarks.

You can also purchase flowers with diamonds, but that usually means using real money to purchase the diamonds to get the flowers.

There are a small number of decoration that you can buy with diamonds, but the number of flowers you get per diamond is a terrible deal. Better to buy decoration with coins, and if you just cannot wait, use diamonds to speed up construction and get the flowers immediately.
