I just ran into this problem today and finally, at the end of the day, it occurred to me to restart my phone...and it worked. I could go back in and immediately purchase again. Beyond that I have no reasoning for why it did what it did

I still can't open my vault even after restarting my phone, it always says Store unavailable

This appears to be an ongoing problem yet to be resolved…shame the programers have NOT as yet resolved issue…very disappointing!

I solved this problem by clearing my JJ cache. Go to settings, select Apps & Notifications, select JJ, select Storage & Cache, and clear cache. This was on an Android tablet, so I'm not sure if a phone would work the same way? But I think it might...
