Yeah it's Jacks Airport. Ive got it unlocked but not everyone has it. Apparently you should have finished Ch 6 and of it's unlocked, you can send Jack out to exchange materials for coins or flowers.

I’m on chapter 45. Why is Jacks Airport unavailable.

I have just finished volume two and chapter 50 but my airport has not opened
