What are each one of the drinks worth in the cafe?

That is correct.

Best strategy is to get energy upgrades for your coffee until you reach 15 energy max.

If you get the other drinks, do you have a free one to give of each of those as well, or can we only give one free a day period?

You can only give one free drink, every 23 hours, regardless of which drink you choose.

How much energy do you get when using the tips. Want to know if it's worth using 500 tips for or does it only give you 10? It has a 10-11 next to it. Wanted to know if that is 110 total

It is worth spending your tips to upgrade your coffee energy to the next level, i.e 10-11, etc... You get those energies when you serve and your club gets them when they drink your coffee.

For 500 tips tokens, you will upgrade your drink from 10 energy to 11 energy (1 additional energy), such that every time someone drinks your drink (including yourself), they will receive 11 energy. It is not 110 total.

Hi why am I currently only getting 9 energy when I drink someone's coffee in the cafe?

It's because you teammate has not upgraded their drink, so it is only worth 9 energy bolts to everyone. Here's the chart for drink upgrades and the cost for each:
9 to 10 = 10 tips
10 to 11 = 500 tips
11 to 12 = 1,400 tips
12 to 13 = 3,600 tips
13 to 14 = 6,600 tips
14 to 15 = 12,200 tips

Once you upgrade does it stay that until you upgrade again or does the upgrade expire ?

The amount of tips you get depends only on how many players drink that drink. The energy upgrade does not make a difference.

You receive 20 tip tokens for each drink you serve and 20 tip tokens whenever someone drinks your drink, regardless of your drink's energy upgrade.
