Is the coffee lounge on gmt time or other?

So does that mean that the meeting time that shows for me at 10 am central time will show on eastern time at 10 am for them or 9 am for them. We are about to give this game up or we don't get a succinct reply.

So if your game shows that the meeting time is 10:00 am Central Time Zone, a player in Eastern Time Zone will show 11:00 am. I find the visual display at everytimezone dot com very helpful.

Does this only work if you are connected via Facebook? It tells me my meeting time is 19:00, but I get the "meeting time had begun" a few hours before that.

Note that some clubs don't actually meet at the official club time, which may be adjusted for competition convenience. You'll have to communicate with them to see what they do and when they meet.

I started a group. I set the meeting time for 7pm (which is US Mountain time for me) but at noon, my time, it says meeting has started. So clearly there is a glitch in the time zone the game thinks I am in.

The announcement of meeting time in the chat room is often delayed, sometimes by days. So you should communicate to your team when you want them to meet, regardless of what the announcement says. The meeting time you set for the club will determine your team competition time, but note that changes must be made 24 hours prior to global start of a competition. Some teams meet at predetermined time(s) separate from the club's official time, for competition time purposes.
