Why am I no longer getting any materials?

Hello, I had the same issue..

If you tap on Jack's hanger, you can see how much of each material you have. You likely have 999 of several of the materials, so cannot get more of those. After you send Jack on a delivery, you will probably get so.e more..

I’ve started having the same problem, even though I have no new buildings to build I still have renovations to do but can’t get any new materials even though there are several materials that I have less than 40 of and bricks less than 20, that’s what I need right now to upgrade a building and jack isn’t due back for 12 hours. I’ve played through 220 (at least) energies and haven’t gotten any materials, I can’t fill any help wanted ads to help me get through the mini game, I’ve even rebooted didn’t help.

Does that mean there will never be more buildings? If so, why does the game still ask for materials?
