I have just traveled to the next island after Orchid Island. I am surprised that there isn't a special building to renovate for that Island. If it is the same for all the Islands then it makes the game less interesting. I think there should be a special building for each Island and also one other special addition for each Island. For example on Sunflower Island, the image of the sunflowers that was available for one of the seasonal sets could be made permanently available for that Islsnd.

As of May 4th, there are 27 coin-producing buildings. Rumor says there will not be any more buildings.

Please add more buildings. It's lame not to have anymore. We need more and new decorations. You get far in the game and then there's nothing new. Gets kinda boring.

Keep in mind that you have to keep any buildings that produce coins on your main island. You can't store them or sell them back. Fine if you want your island crammed wall to wall with buildings, but for me, it's fine because I like some trees.

Is there any point then spending any monies to purchase diamonds, coins, etc, if it becomes a dead end game. The flow seems to have stopped and I am only on level 390.

This is disappointing. Usually when you get to higher levels in a game, you get better rewards. They don't just stop.

Story goes on, though, and seasonal sets keep adding new items on a monthly basis, some more than others. As of Jan 1, 2021, there are 930 scenes, and you can reach as high as level 1050.

I agree. The buildings add more roses for collection to move on. I have all 28 & now it's slow going.

Same here. It is boring and tedious. May be time to delete the game and move on.

Agree that after the Summer House and the stingy rewards, the game screeches to a halt. Only reason I continue to play is curiosity about the story line. But now that winter's over in my area, much better things to do outdoors.

Don’t like Pearl’s Perils either. Maybe they added the competitions to keep players engaged, but the competitions are exactly opposite of the reason I like the Journey. They are also repetitive and the awards just don’t seem worth it.
